Part the first
- The ancient Mariner Accosted a wedding guest and alerted him of a ship after he had forced him to listen, as the wedding guest sat on a nearby rock.
- They boarded the boat then the Mariner lead the way across the sea to the place they were going to.
- A tyrannous and strong storm awaited them as something was chasing them south.
- They were now out of the storm and into the coldness of Antarctica to find an albatross, it came every day to eat and play
Part the second
- The ancient Mariner had shot the albatross with his cross bow, he is despondent and is regretting his actions.
- The ancient Mariner had thought that by killing the bird he’d take away all the fog and mist but instead it brought the fog and mist.
- They realised that they had no food or water left and started to dream about it, when in reality there was none.
- When the Mariner dies he believes that Instead of his cross, an albatross will hang around his neck. I think this means that another albatross will avenge the fellow albatross that the ancient Mariner killed.
